Who we are

What we collect and why

• Enquiries. When you use our enquiry form we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, the products you are interested in and your message. We use these details only to reply to you and to handle any business that follows.
• Emails and calls. If you contact us directly, we keep that correspondence for the same purpose.
• Website analytics. Only if you accept cookies, Google Analytics records how the site is used, such as the pages viewed, the type of device and browser, and the approximate country or city. We use this to improve the site. It does not tell us who you are.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

• Wix.com hosts this website and stores enquiry form submissions.
• Google provides Google Analytics, only when you have accepted cookies.

These providers may store data outside India or your own country. They process it on our behalf and under their own security and data protection commitments.

The site works without any analytics cookies. If you choose Accept on our cookie banner, Google Analytics sets cookies whose names start with _ga to count visits. If you choose Decline, these cookies are not set. Your choice is saved in your browser so we don't ask again.

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to answer you and manage any business relationship that follows, then delete them. Analytics data is kept by Google Analytics for up to 14 months.
